Simply purchase tickets for The Cher Show via Seaty between 10:00am on Monday 18 May 2026 and 11:59pm on Sunday 24 May 2026 and you’ll be automatically entered into our prize draw. Note purchases through ATG will not be eligible. To take part you have to be 18+.
One ticket = one entry, and there’s no limit on how many times you can enter.
The winner will be drawn at random and announced during the week of performances at the Theatre Royal Glasgow (10–13 June 2026).

Competition Terms & Conditions – “The Cher Show Ticket Prize Draw”
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Theatre South Productions (“TSP”, “we”, “us”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Members of the cast, volunteers, and their friends and family are permitted to enter. However, any individual directly involved in the administration or execution of the competition, including those responsible for selecting the winner, is not eligible to win.
2.3 By entering this competition, entrants confirm they are eligible and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition opens at 10:00am (BST) on Monday 18 May 2026.
3.2 The competition closes at 11:59pm (BST) on Sunday 24 May 2026, or earlier if all available tickets for The Cher Show are sold, whichever occurs first.
3.3 Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Automatic Entry via Ticket Purchased
Each ticket purchased for The Cher Show via Seaty during the Competition Period will count as one (1) entry into the prize draw. There is no limit on the number of entries per person via ticket purchases. Tickets purchased through ATG are not eligible.
4.2 Free Postal Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without purchase, entrants must send a postcard or letter including their full name, address, email address, and contact telephone number to:

4.3 Postal entries must be received before the closing date and time stated in Clause 3.
4.4 Postal entries are limited to one (1) entry per person.
4.5 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or received after the closing date will not be accepted.
4.6 TSP accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, payment issues, or postal delays.
5. The Prize
5.1 The prize consists of:
A two-night stay for up to four people at Murray Place Cottage located on the Isle of Arran, Scotland.
5.2 The accommodation is provided by James O’Neill (“the Prize Provider”).
5.3 The prize is subject to availability and must be booked directly with the Prize Provider.
5.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.5 Travel, food, insurance, and any additional costs are not included unless explicitly stated.
5.6 The winner must comply with all rules, terms, and conditions set by the Prize Provider in relation to the stay.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries by TSP using a fair and impartial process.
6.2 The draw will take place following the close of the competition.
6.3 The winner will be announced during the week of The Cher Show performances (10–13 June 2026) at the Theatre Royal Glasgow.
6.4 The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
6.5 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, TSP reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prize Fulfilment
7.1 Following confirmation, the winner’s contact details will be shared with the Prize Provider.
7.2 All arrangements relating to the stay, including booking dates, availability, and accommodation rules, will be managed directly between the winner and the Prize Provider.
7.3 TSP’s responsibility is limited to administering the competition and selecting the winner.
7.4 TSP accepts no responsibility for the provision, quality, availability, or management of the accommodation once the prize has been transferred to the Prize Provider.
8. Liability
8.1 TSP accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, system errors, or postal issues.
8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSP shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize.
8.3 The Prize Provider is solely responsible for the fulfilment and delivery of the accommodation prize.
9. Publicity
9.1 By entering, entrants agree that, if they win, their name may be used by TSP for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9.2 The winner may be invited (but is not obliged) to participate in reasonable publicity.
10. Data Protection
10.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
10.2 Data will be used solely for the administration of the competition and, in the case of the winner, shared with the Prize Provider for fulfilment purposes.
11. General
11.1 TSP reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11.2 This promotion is governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
11.3 This promotion is a free prize draw. A free entry route is available and no purchase is necessary. It does not constitute a lottery or gambling activity under the Gambling Act 2005.
