The cast and crew of The Cher Show at the Theatre Royal, Glasgow (2026)

The curtain has fallen on an unforgettable week of The Cher Show at Theatre Royal, and everyone at Theatre South Productions is reflecting on what has been an incredible production from start to finish.

From the first rehearsal to the final standing ovation, The Cher Show brought together exceptional performers, a dedicated creative team, and enthusiastic audiences to create a truly memorable week of musical theatre. Celebrating the life, music, and legacy of global superstar Cher, the production showcased the passion, talent, and commitment that Theatre South Productions is known for.

A Talented Team

Bringing this spectacular musical to the stage was an exciting challenge and a privilege for everyone involved. The production was directed by Craig Glover, with choreography by Gavin Williams and musical direction by Emily Paterson, assisted by Abby Fabel.

Leading the cast were our three outstanding Chers: Lizzie O'Hara Gibson as Star, Aimee Gibson as Lady, and Jenny Carmichael as Babe. Together, they captured the many eras of Cher's remarkable career, delivering powerful performances that resonated with audiences throughout the week.

Their dedication, alongside the hard work of the entire cast, crew, creative team, orchestra, volunteers, and supporters, shone through in every performance.
